Updated List Of Projects From WWE Studios For This Year & Next Year
Below is a list of information on upcoming projects from WWE’s motion picture company, WWE Studios, for the remainder of this year and next year. All releases will be on limited theatrical runs and then will be straight-to-DVD. The list below is as of May 9th, 2011:
2011 releases:
- “Bending The Rules” starring Edge, Jamie Kennedy and Jennifer Esposito
- “Inside Out” starring Triple H, Michael Rapaport and Parker Posey
- “Family Reunion” starring John Cena, Boyd Holbrook and Ethan Embry (the film was formally titled “Blood Brothers”)
2012 releases:
- “Barricade” starring Eric McCormack and Jody Thompson, no WWE star will appear
- “No One Lives” starring Luke Evans and Brodus Clay
- “Stainless Steel” starring Layla, Matt Striker and The Miz
We have also learned that the previously rumored “The Marine 3”, untitled 12 Rounds sequel and the other untitled project have been placed off to the side for now. It is possible that they could be revisited in the future we are told.
