- There are several WWE tryout camps coming up over the next few months. Former Tough Enough contestant AJ Kirsch has stated he plans to attend one of them in September that will be hosted by WWE’s developmental territory, NXT Wrestling.
- WWE has reportedly been in negotiations with JBL about a potential return to the company as a commentator for the SmackDown brand alongside Josh Mathews and Michael Cole, merely a week after teasing it on Twitter.
