*SPOILERS* SmackDown Taping Results For This Friday, 10/12
SmackDown (Airing October 12th on SyFy):
* The show opens with a challenge between Big Show and World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus to see what’s stronger, the Brogue Kick or the W.M.D. Both men hit a punching bag with their respective moves and it turns out the W.M.D. is stronger. Tensai then came out to interrupt and he attacked Sheamus, setting up a match.
* World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus b. Tensai with a Brogue Kick in a non-title match.
* Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal w/Drew McIntyre b. Santino Marella and Zack Ryder when Slater hit an inverted DDT on Ryder. After the match, the group known as Encore beatdown the team known as CoBro.
* WWE Tag Team Champion Kane b. Dolph Ziggler w/Vickie Guerrero via disqualification when Dolph hit Kane in the head with the Money in the Bank briefcase. After the match, Dolph tried to attack Kane again, but got knocked him out of the ring instead and then retreated when Daniel Bryan ran out.
* Matt Striker came out to the ring to interview the now bickering WWE Tag Team Champions also known as Hell No, but he ended up being victim of a chokeslam from Kane followed by a NO Lock from Bryan. After that, the tag champs argued once more.
* WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz came out and joined the announce team for the next match.
* Big Show b. Kofi Kingston with the W.M.D.
* Backstage, SmackDown General Manager Booker T held a meeting about the situation between his assistant and WWE Divas Champion Eve Torres as well as Kaitlyn and Layla. Senior Adviser to the General Manager Theodore Long was also present. Everyone said they think Eve was the one who attacked Kaitlyn back at Night of Champions, expect Eve obviously, who once again blamed Long.
* Sin Cara b. Damien Sandow w/Cody Rhodes with a roll up following a distraction as the referee ejected Rhodes from ringside.
* Alberto Del Rio b. WWE Tag Team Champion Daniel Bryan with the cross arm breaker. After the match, Del Rio started talking about how he took out Randy Orton and said he’s not afraid of him. Orton came out to interrupt and a brawl ensued. Ricardo Rodriguez jumped on Orton, allowing Del Rio to escape, but also allowing Orton to hit him with an RKO through the announce table as Alberto looked on to close the show.
