*SPOILERS* WWE Main Event Taping Results For Tomorrow Night
WWE Main Event (Airing October 24th on ION Television):
* The show opened with Michael Cole and The Miz in the ring talking the match between Dolph Ziggler and Ryback, which led to a video package on “Big Hungry”.
* Backstage, Matt Striker interviewed Ryback about facing Ziggler. Ryback simply said to “watch”.
* Back in the ring, Cole and Miz introduced a video on Ziggler, which led to an interview backstage with Josh Mathews. Ziggler had no comment.
* Ryback b. Dolph Ziggler with Shell Shock after Dolph had originally ran to the back until Ryback chased him and came back out, music and all, with Dolph on his shoulders.
* Cole and Miz got back in the ring for a special interview with Paul Heyman. Heyman was asked about what Ryback did to Ziggler and how CM Punk would fare against Ryback when the WWE Championship is on the line at Hell in a Cell this Sunday.
* Alberto Del Rio b. Sin Cara with the cross arm breaker. After the match, Del Rio got on the mic and trash talked Randy Orton. Del Rio also brought up the fact he has millions of dollars, but doesn’t need it to be a stupid catchphrase.
* Darren Young and Titus O’Neil came out to the ring and said they take offense to Del Rio’s comment. They were going to attack Alberto, but after he sweet-talked them, they attacked Cara instead. Randy Orton came out to make the save, then grabbed a mic to announce next week’s main event that will feature himself, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara take on Del Rio and the Prime Time Players to close the show.
